Booking our Normandy Holiday Cottage

email us for a booking form. We aim to respond to all emails quickly, so if you do not get a response within 2-3 days, please ring on the mobile, as we may not be seeing email for some reason.

Complete and sign the booking form, then return to us together with payment.
At this point, please make sure you have spoken to us, or received confirmation from us.
Then I will send you confirmation plus an invoice for the balance owing and the date it is payable.
Once we have received the full balance, I will send details of everything in and around the gite, information on where to get the key from, and full directions to the cottage.

In order to calculate the amount owed:

For early bookings: (more than 6 weeks before the holiday start date)

The Deposit is £100 if one week is booked or £200 if 2 weeks are booked.
(This is non-refundable.)

The balance will be calculated and invoiced by us, following receipt of your booking form and deposit and will be due 6 weeks before the holiday start date.

A housekeeping charge will be charged at £10 per person (adult, child or baby) per week.
There is an additional £100 refundable security deposit.

This includes set up of the house & garden, wood for the stove, gas for the cooker, and electricity, bedlinen and towels, making beds and laundry afterwards, settingup for the baby items that you wish to use (stairgates, travel cot, highchair, buggy) and making sure the house is set up to suit the needs of everyone in the party.

For bookings within 6 weeks of the start date:

The full balance is due (please see bookings page)
+ the housekeeping charges (No. people x No. weeks x £10.00)
+ additional £100 refundable security deposit.
