Pricelist and Availability for Bookings

All bookings run from Saturday to Saturday.
The Cottage is available from 4pm on the Saturday, and must be vacated by 10am on the Saturday that you leave, so that we have time to get the house ready for the next guests.

Currently the weeks marked in Red are booked and Green are still available.

All bookings are accepted subject to our standard terms and conditions.

Housekeeping Charge

This is the only additional charge and it includes Fuel, Bedlinen & Towels, plus the cleaning and set up before you arrive and after you have left.

£10 per person per week for Adults, Children or Babies.

For babies, there is a cot, highchair, buggy and stairgates - please let us know if you need these items leaving in the house. Bedlinen for the cot is provided. Where guests are staying for more than one week, this includes a full set of linen for each week.

Security Deposit

£100 security deposit is included in the main invoice 6 weeks before your stay, and is refundable within 4 weeks of the end of your stay, subject to our terms and conditions.

Welcome pack

Bedding eg duvets and pillows, bedlinen & towels, bathmats, teatowels

Logs for the woodburner

Electricity for heating and hot water

Gas cylinders for the hob and kitchen heater

Baby equipment (please confirm if you need these items as they may not always be stored in the house)
